How does purchasing a property from your site work?

You can directly reserve a property you want to buy from the link in the property description. We will then contact you to sign a simple purchase agreement after we have reviewed the property and all the details.

You may either purchase a property with cash, or we provide payment terms which allow you to spread the cost over many months with a small downpayment.

The final step is to transfer the ownership of the land with a deed we will sign and file with the County. This step is done when the property is fully paid and you will be the proud owner of a beautiful piece of America! 

Are you a real estate agent?

We are not realtors or brokers. We invest and buy land which we provide to you the buyer for less than market price and make it easy to own the land without realtors.

Almost 90% of our transactions to satisfied buyers are without brokers or realtors in the process. Buying land is very simple, and does not have the complication of houses and structures which may need more oversight. We do not charge commissions and you do not need to use a real estate agent in the transaction.

Can you keep me help me look for a specific kind of property?

Providing your email with where you would like to buy land is a great first step. We will follow up with you and make sure you are aware of newly obtained land parcels.

Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?

We have no hidden fees when you buy land with cash from Bonnie Land. The cash price is what you pay and all other costs are paid by Bonnie Land to transfer the deed and filing with the County. 

If you prefer to set up payment over several years there is an initial document and note fee. This is charged by our service provider for collecting ACH transactions each month and managing an online service. This fee is outlined in the property description so you know what you will pay for that specific piece of land.

Why are your properties so cheap?

We are happy you feel these are priced to be affordable. We sometimes buy land from owners whose plans changed and they would like to see a new owner buy their land, we pass these beautiful acres at a great price onto new buyers for their specific need.

How do I know if this is a safe way to purchase property?

We are a business in good standing, registered in Colorado. We have testimonials we can provide from other buyers of our land. The processes within Counties to register and transfer deeds have occurred for hundreds of years. If you would like to have an attorney review any documents we would be happy to send them the purchase contract and the signed warrantee deed which transfers ownership to you.
